  • How do I get a refund for tickets I was unable to use?
  • Because we do not store full credit card numbers, all refunds must be processed in person directly at the theatre the tickets were purchased for. The theatre will need to know the date & time of the purchase and the last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase.

 

  • I was double charged, how do I get a refund?

  • When will movie titles and times be posted?
  • Movie titles and times are typically updated weekly by 6:00 PM on Tuesday.

 

  • How can I purchase a gift card?
  • Gift cards are not available for sale online or over the phone. To purchase a gift card, please visit any of our 24 locations.

 

  • Can I use a gift card to purchase tickets online?
  • We do not have the ability to accept gift cards online at this time. Gift cards must be used in person at any of our 24 locations. 

 

  • I gave my Reel Rewards account information to the cashier, but I do not see the points on my loyalty account? How do I receive the points for my purchase? 

  • To receive points for a transaction please fill out the customer service form on the Contact Us page. Please include the theatre name & the transaction number from the receipt or ticket stub in your email to customer service.

 

  • How do I pick up my tickets if I lost or did not receive a confirmation email?
  • You will just need to provide the credit card used for the online transaction to the cashier. They will be able to swipe the card to find your booking and print your tickets.

      

  • How do I receive my free birthday ticket? 

  • We do not mail or email anything out for birthday tickets. All you need to do is let the cashier know you would like to redeem your free birthday ticket, and provide your Reel Rewards account information. Free birthday tickets are available within 7 days (before or after) of your birthday.

     

  • How do I book a birthday party or theatre rental? 

  • All birthday parties and theatre rentals are booked directly through the theatre. Please fill out the customer service form on the Contact Us page and include the name of the theatre, the date of the party/rental & number of attendees.

 

  • How do I redeem my points for a movie ticket or combo 2?

  • All points must be redeemed in person at a GTC location. Please provide your Reel Rewards account information to the Concessions or Box Office Attendant. Let the attendant know if you would like to redeem your points for a movie ticket (2000 points) or a combo 2 (1000 points).
