I just signed up—when can I start earning Reward Points?
Reel Rewards accounts are eligible to accrue points once activated. Accounts are activated at 8:00 AM the morning after they are created.
How do I earn points?
Reel Rewards is a card-less program: the ten-digit phone number on your account acts as your card number. At the theatre, give your phone number or name to the staff. Online, create and sign in to a Web Account when prompted. You earn 10 Reward Points for every dollar spent at Georgia Theatre Company; third-party ticket purchases are not eligible.
Can I earn points on tickets purchased through a third party?
No. Purchases made through third-party sites, including Fandango and Movie Pass, are not eligible for Reel Rewards points.
How do I redeem my points?
Points must be redeemed in person at any of our 21 locations. Provide the cashier with your ten-digit phone number or full name to pull up your account.
What can I redeem my points for?
700 points: Any Candy
1,000 points: Medium Popcorn & Large Drink, or any one size Popcorn or Fountain Drink
1,500 points: Combo #2 (Medium Popcorn, Large Drink & Candy)
2,500 points: Ticket
There is a $200 cap per day for earning Reward Points.
How do I keep track of my Reward Points?
Find your points by logging in to your account online, at a theatre kiosk by entering your number, or by asking a cashier. Points may take up to 24 hours to post.
Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn in one day?
Yes. There is a $200 (2,000 points) cap per day for earning Reward Points.
What additional perks come with GTC Reel Rewards?
Members receive a free Medium Popcorn on their birthday, $3.00 Small Popcorn and $3.00 Regular Drinks every Tuesday, plus everyday savings on popcorn and fountain drinks.
How do I redeem my free Birthday Popcorn?
Provide your Reel Rewards phone number or name to the cashier at the theatre. Your birthday reward is automatically added to your account and is available for 12 months.
Will I earn points for Fandango purchases?
No. Reward Points are earned only on purchases made on this website and in theatre.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Being a Reel Rewards member is completely free.
Will my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date earned.
I gave the cashier my account information, but do not see the points. How can I receive them?
Please fill out the customer service form on the Contact Us page, including the theatre name and transaction number from your receipt or ticket stub. The transaction must have occurred within the last 30 days.
Is there a minimum age to join?
Yes. The minimum age to join GTC Reel Rewards is 15 years old.
Will my account expire?
Accounts created before December 30, 2017 that did not transact in the following 20 months were deleted. Please create a new account and contact Customer Service if you have any trouble.
